NUR Student Sentenced to Life in Prison

{{Donat Kubwayo 25, has been handed a life sentence at the Nyanza district Court after he was found guilty of killing his mother.}}

Until then, Kubwayo was an Economics student at the National University of Rwanda.

The student is said to have used a sickle to hack to death his mother Anastasie Mukabaruta, 63 last Friday at Nkomane sector in Nyamagabe district.
