As the statement reads, based on provisions of the constitutional amendment, specifically article 116, President Paul Kagame has removed from cabinet Mr. Albert Nsengiyumva on ministerial duties.
Before his appointment to head TVET, Nsengiyumva was the minister of infrastructure.
