New Television ‘TV10’ on Air

Group Télé10 has just started its perfectly digitized television called TV 10.

The Group is optimistic that the newly introduced TV will effectively compete with its competitors like Star Africa Media and other operators that may arise.

“We have an asset. All our programs will revolve around a concern, the promotion of national culture and youth who are creative in terms of cultural and artistic innovation, “said Cédric Pierre-Louis, Télé10 Group Managing Director.

“Nothing is easier,” said Clovis, young technician at TV 10. “It is enough for the viewer to buy our decoder. We are in talks with RURA, the national regulator to fix the price of the decoder. It will vary between Rwf 30,000 and Rwf 35,000.

Once installed, the customer can follow indefinitely and without charge Télé10 programs. We have partnered with other channels including TVR (Rwandan National Television), France 24 in French and English and TV5.

Our CEO (owner of Télé10) is very enterprising in the media to the point that this partnership will expand to other TV stations. “Clovis told IGIHE.

According to the Director General of TV 10, the purpose of this station is strictly commercial.

However, Cedric said more focus will be put on young generations.
“All of our programs will be turned to the attention of Rwandan youth and business leaders so that they are inspired by the ‘success stories’,” said Cedric.

Indeed, he shows that philosophy of Télé10 work will be pragmatic and built on four poles of attraction namely, Economy and business, reporting on sporting events, Cultural entertainment and finally events reporting.
