Ndayisaba wants one more term, promises better delivery

{Fidèle Ndayisaba who has been the mayor City of Kigali has expressed satisfaction over the achievements gained during his term and promised even more in case he is allowed to lead the city again.}

He revealed this yesterday when handing over to Mugabo Vianney, Director General of Corporate Services.

Duties were handed to Mugabo since the executive secretary of Kigali city, Jean Marie Vianney who would carry on the responsibilities has submitted his candidature to the position of district advisor which could not allow him to lead during the transitional period.

Kigali is among the most appreciated cities across the World over cleanliness, greening and security. It has also emerged among six top cities of the World in improving basic infrastructures and services attracting investors as well as maintaining sustainable progress of investors’ projects.

Ndayisaba said that all these achievements bring pride to Kigali city dwellers, administration and advisory committee of Kigali city and all Rwandans.

Though Kigali has reached several developments, Ndayisaba revealed that he has submitted as a candidate to lead the city again to bring more improvements in case citizens reelect him.

Ndayisaba says he will make sure that infrastructures are built everywhere in the city and organized settlement becomes a norm.

Talking about satisfaction of achievements he said “I am delighted with apparent transformation of Kigali city and rapid growth in development. Revolution is apparent in public and private infrastructures.”
