Uganda’s President Yoweri Museveni is expected to attend an event to mark 25years of Founding of Rwanda Patriotic Front.
The RPF silver jubilee celebrations will be held December 20th at Amahoro Stadium in Kigali.
Local Ugandan press has reported that Museveni has confirmed attendance. Other African heads of state are expected at the Thursday celebrations.
