According to the information published on the University’s website, the event will be hosted by the School of Public Policy and Administration and Department of Political Science and International Relations in coordination with the Institute for Global Studies,
Mushikiwabo had a Master of Arts degree in languages and interpretation, with a focus in French, from University of Delaware.
This year, UD established relations with Rwanda through the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, and a College of Health Sciences summer nursing program supported by a Global Scholars Award from the Institute for Global Studies.
