{Minister of Foreign Affairs, Louise Mushikiwabo has met with Rwandan community living in Senegal and presented them the warm greetings from President Paul Kagame.}
The Minister is from Wednesday 26th November, 2014 in Senegal to attend the Summit of Heads of State and Government representatives – the Francophonie Summit – which meets every two years.
Speaking to Rwandan community at the sideline of the Francophonie summit, Minister Mushikiwabo expressed gratitude for the way they welcomed her and later informs them about the climate in Kigali asserting that all are going well at home (Rwanda).
Rwandan community of Dakar says overjoyed to welcome the Minister Mushikiwabo as Rwanda’s ambassador to Senegal Gérard Ntwari was quoted on Twitter saying “We are filled with joy of having our Minister with us tonight.”
