Military Court dismisses the request to release Col. Byabagamba

{Kanombe Military Court has dismissed the request to release Col. Tom Byabamba who is in preventive detention over Security crimes.
}

In the appeal hearing today Kanombe Military Court affirms the 30 days of provisional detention as it was ruled by Nyamirambo Military Court in the first ruling.

In today judgment, the court says Nyamirambo Court ruling is based on facts and there is no reason to release Col. Tom Byabagamba and his co-accused.
