The permanent secretary of MIGEPROF, Henriette Umulisa, has told the media that every parent’s contribution is needed to address the matter through doing right things in appropriate time.
“When people go back home it is important to interact with family members to keep the cohesion. How was the child at school and provide affection instead of concentrating on Whatsapp,” she advised.
