MC Anita Pendo is under police investigation following the death of a man, 31, who died a day after he shared beer with both his friend and Pendo at “Tiamo” Bar located in Nyarugenge.
Rurangwa Yves also known as Jimmy was found dead on Sunday at his residence in Biryogo.
Neighbors said Rurangwa had no illness that can be considered as the cause of his death.
Anita, Rurangwa together with another colleague who was also arrested shared the drinks on Saturday 6th June during evening hours.
Speaking to this website’s reporter, Police Spokesperson in Kigali, Spt Mbabazi Modeste confirmed that MC Anita Pendo is also under investigation to find out the circumstances in which the man died.
