Lt. Gen. Ceaser Kayizari has been appointed Rwanda’s Ambassador to Turkey. He has been serving as Chief of Staff of the Rwanda Defence Forces.
Accroding to the Friday Cabinet decision, Dr. Jean d’Arc Mujawamariya has also been appointed as Rwanda’s Ambassador to Russia.Until today, Mujawamaria was the Rector at Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST).
Meanwhile Mr. Jean Pierre Karabaranga has also been appointed Rwanda’s Envoy to Holland. He had served as permanent Secretary in the former Minstry of Youth, culture and sports before it was split.
