Lightening has struck dead Mukamanzi, a resident of Gasizi village, Nyabigoma cell of Kinigi sector in Musanze district last Sunday incidence as she collected water from the taps.
The information has been confirmed by the executive secretary of Nyabigoma cell, Ngendahimana Donat.
“We request residents to avoid exposing themselves to susceptibility by hiding under trees, approaching ponds and avoid connecting electronics to electricity when it is raining,” he said.
The victim was buried yesterday.
