{The case of Kizito Mihigo and his accomplices was today postponed to October 10th after co-accused requested court to grant them more time to look for legal assistance and to go through their charges papers.}
During their appearance in court today, Niyibizi Agnes said she has not yet got her full dossier hence she cannot stand for the trial today.
Ntamuhanga Cassien expressed concerns that he has not gone through the dossier as he was given the second part of his dossier on Thursday and he was unable to read it due to the fact that there was no light in his prison room.
Dukuzumuremyi Jean Paul said that he has not received his charges File so that he checks it before standing for trial.
Kizito Mihigo says he has his full file but, he says, cannot weaken the rights of his co-accused so he is to wait until they are also ready to stand for the trial.
After defendants arguments, the Prosecution decided to adjourn the trial on 10th Oct. to give enough time for the accused to go through their charges Files.
Mihigo, Ntamuhanga and Dukuzumuremyi are accused of the involvement in planning terrorist attacks against Rwanda, planning violent overthrow of the government, planning to assassinate government officials and inciting violence among the population.
The suspects also have been accused to have worked closely with senior members of Rwanda National Congress (RNC) and the FDLR, and participating actively in a network that has carried out several grenade attacks and continues to plan terrorist action against Rwanda.
