{Kayihura Félix has been appointed the Executive Secretary of Kinyinya Sector replacing Raymond Mberabahizi who has been promoted to the post of the Vice Mayor of Economic Affairs in Gasabo District.}
Kayihura, the Former Remera Executive Secretary took the position in a restructure made among Executive Secretaries of the Sectors in Gasabo District.
Other sectors in Gasabo also got new leaders.
Meanwhile there has been a lot changes in leadership positions in Gasabo district where it is possible that the changes in Sectors leaders may possibly be behind these reshuffle.
