Kimisagara Center to Become Entrepreneurship Hub

Youth and ICT Minister Jean Phillibert Nsengimana has said that Kimisagara Center will be an entrepreneurship hub in Rwanda and will be in charge of Youth Empowerment.

He revealed that during the Official launch of Global Entrepreneurship Week 12th -18th November, 2012.

In line with the promotion of entrepreneurship culture among Rwandan Youth, Minister Nsengimana urged them to be more oriented through the creation of new jobs.

“Forget about white collar jobs, you can also embrace farming to gain more profits” The Minister said.

“Savings can be a foundation of creating jobs,” He added.

Commenting on capital challenge among youth, Minister Nsengimana explained to youth that by starting savings accounts early, this challenge can be addressed.

“I don’t think enterprises start on paper, enterprise starts on the ground. Our policies should focus on combining both” Minister said.
