Kigali: Police women Officers awarded for good Job

{Police has awarded Thirteen Rwandan police women who came back from a peace mission in Ivory Coast. }

According to information from the Rwanda police website Chief Inspector of police Marie José Zaninka these police women acquired much experience from the Mission and are going to exploit it to others.

She also thanked the Rwanda police force which managed to send them on a peace mission in Ivory Coast.

The inspector general of police (IGP) Emmanuel Gasana also thanked their performance while representing the country on a peace mission.

He also asked them to exploit the experience they gained from the peace mission in their daily work.

The Rwandan police women have been on a UN peace mission in Ivory Coast for a period of one year.

Currently 484 Rwanda police officers are on a UN peace mission in different countries around the world including Haiti, Sudan, South Sudan, Liberia, Guinea Bissau, Mali, Ivory Coast and Abyei the region located between Sudan and South Sudan.
