{{Dr. Baziruwiha Jean de Dieu a lecturer at the Kigali Institute of Education passed away this morning as he was about to take a motortaxi ride from his home at Kibagabaga to the Institute.
Eye witnesses told IGIHE that Dr. Baziruwiha had just sat on a motor taxi and before the operator could turn on the engine, the don fell off the motorcycle and died instantly.
The don’s body was later covered in sheets and later taken to hospital for a postmotem.
Dr. Baziruwiha was also head of science Department at Kigali Institute of Education.}}
