The duo met at the headquarters of the EU after attending the 3rd Africa-Turkey Partnership Summit held in in Istanbul, Turkey.
Kagame last met with Tshisekedi recently on 25th November 2021 at the conference on ‘positive masculinity’ held in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
