Held annually, Mobile Learning Week is UNESCO’s flagship conference about how newly affordable technologies can expand access to education and improve the quality of learning opportunities.
According to Jeunne Afrique there is No meeting scheduled with the French authorities.
President Kagame will be accompanied by Minister of Youth and Information Technology, Jean Philbert Nsengimana.
