Kabarebe commended the country for positive programs intended to uplift livelihoods of Rwandans and urged the residents in the model village to protect it and the infrastructures therein.
Ancilla Nyirabarahira, 64, a beneficiary, extended gratitude to President Paul Kagame who put an end to her plight because she used to live by constantly changing place, with beddings on her head.
“We are going to live in beautiful houses near a hospital and schools where our children study. He also gave us cows, so we have started developing ourselves, “she said.
