“You need to be confident, ready and passionate, Employers need people with positive attitudes,” Nsengimana said.
The Minister was today 4th January, addressing about 1,000 of jobseekers participating in Rwanda Job day, 2012 in Kigali.
Oria Kije, one of the organizers of the event said that Rwanda job day is here to help jobseekers to meet top employers and interacting with them as well as carrying out some first steps in the recruitment process.
The event attracted job seekers, human resource managers, government’s officials, policy makers, private-sector leaders and academic representatives.
As the event will be held annually, Oria Kije calls upon “Employers to participate in the Rwanda Job Day 2013 in order to provide information on how to apply for a job in their institution.”
This year’s event was held under the theme “Meet your future”.
