Mugabo was last week addressing students of Higher Institute of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry, ISAE, during the celebration of Career Day.
ISAE organized a Career Day under the theme “Learning today, Earning tomorrow” to showcase the achievements made in the promotion of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry.
Rubingisa Pudence, in charge of Finance and Administration in ISAE, said that the career day was also organized to link employers to best performing students of ISAE so that they can be hired for employment.
He added that Career Day was an opportunity to exchange ideas on how ISAE and its students can play active role in National Development.
