IPRC students support Huye vulnerable families

{Students of IPRC South have paid medical insurance premiums for 13 families with a total of 50 individuals benefitting in Ngoma sector, Huye district, where they as well built a house for a vulnerable widow as a show of charity, patriotism and love towards their countrymen. }

Steven Rutayisire, the representative of IPRC South students’ guild requested beneficiaries to exploit donations as they strive for self reliance through hard working. “Offered medical insurance support is meant to make you healthy so that you can work hard to become wealthy. We would have supported other activities but we have realized that through the medical insurance you will stay healthy and work your way into walking out poverty,” he said.

Mukasarambu Beatrice, a mother of three children who is a beneficiary of the support, says that her husband’s death after a long time of illness has pushed her family into poverty which, she vows, will extricate her family from.
