IGIHE Ltd has officially launched a news website in Kirundi language in Burundi to enable Burundians access daily news and information as it happens.
IGIHE-Burundi now available at www.igihe.bi is a branch owned by IGIHE Ltd in Kigali-Rwanda.
IGIHE Ltd is the first Rwandan media company to invest out of the country.
Journalists of www.igihe.bi are Burundian Nationals and are based in Burundi and most of them are journalists.
Although the media industry is highly developed in Burundi, there is a problem that most of renowned websites in Burundi are published in foreign languages especially French language.
The new website IGIHE.bi is a daily Kirundi news site.
IGIHE-Burundi will be delivering different services including News Services, Web designing, Software development, web hosting, delivering and selling domain names among others.
