On 23rd, October in 1957, the president of Rwanda Paul Kagame, was born in Nyarutovu former Tambwe district, Gitarama province currently known as Ruhango district in Southern province.
President Kagame celebrates 58 years birthday when Rwandans praise him for great achievements. These include prosperity, good conditions of life, peace, security, unity and reconciliation as well as several good achievements he did to transform Rwandans lives.
