Grief, anger as teenager dies in deadly fight

{Mushimiyimana Clementine, a 13 year pupil of primary four died yesterday following a violent fight with a 12-year old classmate at Busoro Primary School in Rulindo district.}

The executive secretary of Buyoga, Kabayiza Arcade has told IGIHE that the children fight was brutal.

“We are informed that the deceased was fighting with a classmate who restrained other children from stopping the fight. The fight continued until the boy held her neck and pushed her on the desk and died instantly” he said.

Mushimiyimana’s body, an only girl in the family, has been taken to Kinihira hospital for autopsy.

The bereaved family in grief and anger has been asked to keep patience as they await outcomes of police investigations.
