Prime Minister Dr. Pierre Damien Habumuremyi has promised that the Government of Rwanda will help, Jean Nepo Habimana to complete the construction of his house in a month.
Habimana is a model citizen in Rwamagana district who has used little to come out of poverty.
“This model citizen in the fight against poverty and improving living conditions, Jean Nepo Habimana deserves support from the Government of Rwanda,” The Premeir said.
Dr. Habumuremyi recently made the promise in Rwamagana while Habimana was delivering a testimony on his achievements against poverty.
Habimana Jean Nepo lives in the village of Ntumbwe, Kimbazi cell in Mwungura sector of Rwamagana district.
