She made the remarks at the end of last week in a ceremony of concluding the exhibition by partners of Gicumbi district held for the 4th time.
The exhibitions were dominated by non-governmental organizations operating in Gicumbi district which are said to be providing inadequate efforts in the districts’ development.
Gicumbi district management recently announced that the number of partners present in the area does not match their contribution in the district’s development.
Fatuma Ndagiza urged them to play a role in the district’s development.
“You have exhibited good activities.The rest is to match such activities with programs enabling citizens’ progress and the district in general other than leaving all challenges to in the mayor’s docket. Matching your exhibited activities with the district goals would play a great role in the district’s development,” she said.
