The National Youth Council has cautioned youth in Gasabo District to avoid drug abuse and urged them to actively participate in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
The Executive Secretary of NYC, Nkuranga Alphonse told the youth in the district, ”Health is an investment to your success.”
Nkuranga was addressing youth during the closing of the competition through songs aiming at sensitising youth on the fight against HIV/AIDS.
The National Youth Council is responsible for coordinating, advocating, designing and implementing youth friendly programs.
