“The investigators have 30 days effective today to investigate, prepare and submit their report on the alleged coup plot,” government spokesperson Ebrima Sankareh said in a statement Tuesday.
So far, the west African nation has arrested eight soldiers and one civilian who are still being held for investigation purposes.
