{Local leaders in charge of labor from provincial and sector levels start training at the Gabiro Military camp in Gatsibo district}
The training will last for two weeks and was organized by the ministry of Local government (MINALOC).
The aim of this training is to improve on the capability of employers on management of the properties of their people.
Among the people who attended this training include, all executive secretaries in the country, leaders in charge of labor in the provinces, districts, Kigali city, and advisors to the governors.
These trainings will be provided by professionals from Singapore which Rwanda recognizes as a good example of development.
However, the trainings are supposed to close on the 5th of January 2013.
The Reason why Gabiro was chosen to be the venue for the training is that, it is well equipped and has a large area that can host over 560 People for training.
