{Kantengwa Angelique, the former Director General of Rwanda Social security Board (RSSB) has been proven innocent of the accusations of misuse of public funds, unequal treatment of employees y and illegal offer of public tenders. }
Arrested in September 2014 over allegations of incurring losses of more than Rwf 600 million to the government and offering government funds for no value, Kantengwa has been found innocent as confirmed by the spokesperson of the Judiciary in Rwanda, Emmanuel Itamwa.
Kantengwa’s trial started in September 2014 and released provisionally in March 2015 by Nyarugenge court of high instance over sickness related reasons.
