The Rwanda Grains and Cereals Corporation (RGCC) says it will purchase the produce at good prices ensuring more yields from farmers.
Recently farmers had been complaining of lack of market for their produce adding that once the market is available; the later will have positive impact on the socio-economic status.
In a meeting with cooperative leaders, exemplary farmers and agronomists in Rulindo District with Rwanda Grains and Cereals Corporation (RGCC), farmers were promised a market for their produce.
Gaspard Bayingana of RGCC, has assured farmers in Rulindo District that once their Grain produce is available RGCC is ready to buy their produce.
“RGCC is set to ensure that a farmer gets what is worth of their produce without being taken advantage of, we will be buying their grains at an agreed price and without cheating anyone in the process.” Bayingana explained.
