Nyabihu district Vice Mayor Sahunkuye Alexandre announced Uwihanganye’s expulsion.
The Vice Mayor said that Uwihanganye failed to mobilize more residents to pay for Health Insurance Scheme noting that currently only 57% of the Sector population has paid the Insurance fees.
He noted that Karago Sector is at the last position in the matter of construction of new classes of 12Year Basic Education as well as failing to accomplish rooms to accommodate teachers.
Sahunkuye added that many residents in sector of Karago are still engaged in criminal acts as well as not participating in Government programs.
