The Minister of East Africa Community Affairs Mukaruriza Monique has hailed progress in Bugesera District attributing it to good governance.
Mukaruliza said Bugesera has made significant progress in conflicts resolution.
The Minister observed March12, while officially opening the expo which brought together Bugesera development partners.
During the event Mukaruriza toured development infrastructures in the District including construction of infrastructure such as the district’s office worth Frw 1 billion.
Bugesera district announced plans to launch a scientific School in which about 500 students will enroll next year.
Mukaruriza toured a local Rice processing factory with capacity of processing 25 tons of rice per day. Bugesera business community has a 60% stake in the factory.
