On Day 7 of the EAC Military Games and Cultural Event taking place in Kigali/Rwanda, RDF Basketball team registered its third victory in a row, this time against the KDF team (75-70). Thus, thanks to its third win, the RDF Basketball team has already secured its Title for the 2016 EAC Military Games and Cultural Event.
Other closing results of the Day are as follows:
Football: Rwanda won against Uganda (2-0) at Nyamirambo, Kigali Stadium;
Handball: Tanzania largely dominated Kenya (25-16) at Amahoro National Stadium;
Netball: Tanzania overcame Kenya (39-33) at Amahoro National Stadium.
Day 8 is a rest day and Cultural outing.
