Dr.Mbukani’s Killers Were Paid Frw300,000

Muhire Marie Louise the wife of the slain doctor is wearing Black Jacket and jeans facing down.

The two men in the photo are said to have admitted to Police that Miss Muhire offered them a cash package of Frw300000 (about US$600) to assassinate Dr. Mbukani.

The mission to murder Dr. Mbukani is said to have been planned at a Bar belonging to Tuyisenge Clarisse.

Tuyisenge is Miss Muhire’s elder sister (in Red blouse and black tight pants.)

Miss Muhire told Police that she knows nothing about the murder and that she loved her husband so much that she couldn’t have been behind his brutal and mysterious murder.

The two men in the photo have been identified as Cyuma Jean Paul a cobbler and Hagenimana a casual labourer who has been working at Quartier Matheus a busy commercial hub in Kigali city.

Both suspects are currently detained at Nyamirambo Police station.
