IGIHE has learnt that CSP Kayumba has been arrested with SP Ntakirutimana and Mutamaniwa Ephrem.
Speaking to IGIHE, the Acting Spokesperson of Rwanda Investigation Bureau (RIB), Dr Murangira B. Thierry has confirmed their arrest but didn’t provide details because investigation is underway.
CSP Kayumba is detained at Remera RIB station , Ntakirutimana and Mutamaniwa are detained at Kicukiro and Kimihurura respectively.
