{{Government has instituted a special commission to incquire into the rampart fire outbreaks that have recently razed down School Domitories,daance clubs and Bars within Kigali city and upcountry districts.}}
The announcement was made by the Prime Minister Dr. Pierre Damien Habumuremyi saying on his twitter page, “A special commission of Incquiry has been instituted to investigate the causes of recent fire outbreaks and suggest preventive measures against any further fire accidents”.
Dr. Habumuremyi also warned the public against making reckless utterances in regards to causes of fire accidents saying they should wait for results of Investigations by the specialised commission.
