{Brig Gen. George Rwigamba has been appointed Commissioner General of Rwanda Correctional Service replacing CGP Paul Rwarakabije while the deputy commissioner of RSC, Mary Gahonzire has been replaced by Lt Col Chantal Ujeneza.}
The changes are among decisions of the extraordinary cabinet meeting that was convened presided over by President Paul Kagame in Village Urugwiro on March 29 2016.
CGP Paul Rwarakabije had been at the helm of RCS since 2011 after replacing Mary Gahonzire who had led it when it was National Prisons Service (NPS).
