Mayor Ruboneza Ambroise of Gatsibo District and his Deputy Mayor in charge of Economic Affairs have resigned this Friday for unknown reasons.
Sources on Social media say also Rwamagana District Mayor is expected to resign today.

Meanwhile without confirming or denying this information, an official from the Ministry of local Government told this website that the Ministry had not yet received an official resignation letter of the above mentioned leaders
