The Two are Commander Kojera Kwinja Musanganya and Samuel Konji Bilolo whom, according to media reports, he is not yet identified as a soldier due to the fact that he has no ID card.
They were arrested by residents who later handed them to Rwanda Security officials, according to reliable source.
Residents said they were both drunk.
On 4thSept, 2014 another FARDC officer identified as Capitaine Lupango Rogacien was arrested on Rwandan Territory after crossing border illegally.
Most of DRC Soldiers were handed back to their country after consultation between both armies.
From 2013 to now, Eighteen DRC Soldiers have been arrested on Rwandan territory, a fact that Rwanda considers as a violation of border rules and analysts find this illegal entrance to Rwanda as a lack of discipline among FARDC soldiers.
