Robert has been renting at Inyamibwa, Bibare cell, Kimironko Sector.
Neighbours have for the past week been complaining of an awful stench until last night when area night patrol guards located the home of Robert as source of the stench.
According to area residents, Robert has been a sociable person however, there have been no visitors known or seen at his home.
Police was alerted and immidiately arrived in the area and broke opened the gate lock and into Roberts house where he was found dead.
IGIHE was also at the scene by the time Police sealed off the house as residents swammed the area eager to know the cause of the stench.
Police later announced they had found Robert dead and that his body was taken to Police hospital at Kacyiru where a postmotem will be conducted and results communicated to the US embassy.
