Amb. Nkulikiyimfura was appointed as Rwanda’s envoy to France by the cabinet meeting held in April this year. He previously represented Rwanda’s interests in Qatar prior to the new appointment.
Following the ceremony which took place on Monday 25th July 2022, Amb. Nkulikiyimfura posted a message on Twitter expressing delight to have presented letters of credence to President Macron.
Recently, the envoy also presented credentials to represent Rwanda to the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF).
