Airtel unveils new premium customer service centers

Airtel Rwanda has on 10th July unveiled two new premium service centers at UTC and Nyabugogo in a bid to better customer service delivery.

The customer touch points located in the heart of the city will cater for Airtel customers offering individually tailored products and services in addition to wide service options to premier customers.

Speaking at the opening ceremony at UTC, Mr. Teddy Bhullar, Airtel Rwanda Managing Director said, “This is another of the innovations moving Airtel forward as we stake strides to a new level of personalized customer care. The services and the facilities offered are truly top class and we look forward to our customers enjoying the new locations.”

He added that the new centers would reduce traffic to the head office which has been the only service center available in Kigali. “We are looking to rollout new service centers in all major towns in Rwanda so we can best serve our customers,” Bhullar said.

The service centers will also have extended working hours to cater for customer needs as well as a suite of elite services and priority access. Some of the services to be offered will include among others; Mobile banking with Airtel Money, data settings and data plan subscription as well as inquiries on Airtel products and services.
