Habumuremyi disclosed while presenting the status of implementation of the resolutions of the 9th National Dialogue.
He noted that the 9th National Dialogue was the origin of Agaciro Development Fund.
Rwanda Minister of Finance, John Rwangombwa said the 10th National Dialogue going on in Kigali will decide how that fund will be used in development activities.
The Premier said Rwf 206,760,869 Million was recovered from bankrupt micro finance institutions.
PM reported that from the 27 resolutions adopted by the 2011 Dialogue, implementation has reached more than 90%.
