The family of the young man has missed him since Friday evening when he went to fish.
Talking to IGIHE, the executive secretary of Akabungo cell, Ntabanganyimana Omar Seleman said that the deceased whose body was found on this Saturday suffered from epilepsy that affected him when he went to fish alone.
As Ntabanganyimana said, the deceased was a son of Mwanganabo and Mukamuhizi.
He appeals on families having children with epilepsy related diseases to keep them away from fishery.
