Protais Musoni Handsover to New Minister of Cabinet Affairs

{{The new Minister of Cabinet Affairs (MINICAAF) Stella Ford Mugabo has officially assumed office June 10, at a ceremony held at Prime Ministers office during which former minister Musoni Protais handed over to the new minister.}}

Dr. Pierre Damien Habumuremyi presided over the handover ceremony urging the new minister Ford Mugabo to begin serving as expected of her by the country.

“This Job is like a debt you owe the country. To pay this debt you need to work for the public and improve their livelihoods.”

He noted that MINICAAF has more responsibilities to prepare, implement and coordinate several government programs.

The outgoing minister Musoni reminded the new minister Ford Mugabo that MINICAAF responsibilities include organizing Cabinet meetings, making a follow-up and implementation of cabinet resolutions.

Musoni commended the staff at MINICAAF and promised them he will be available whenever his advice is required.
