{{The Minister for Labour and Public Service, Anastase Murekezi has announced that more than 4,500 jobs will be created in Kicukiro district alone by August 2013.
He was launching a conference organized by the African Association for Public Administration and Management (AAPAM) at Lemigo hotel, Kigali.}}
Most of the Jobs anticipated in Kicukiro will be of the form of handcraft, Carpentry and Joinery, welding among other technical jobs.
The conference was organized on the backdrop of Global financial crisis under the theme “Africa in Post-Crisis Global Economy: The Role of Public Administration in Africa’s Transformation.”
Minister Murekezi told the gathering that unlike other Economies in the world especially Euro Zone and USA, the African economies were not affected by the effects of Global financial Crisis.
The conference was attended by researchers, NGOs and directors of public administration departments from different countries.
