During graduation ceremony it was revealed that statistics showing that 30% of mayors of districts in the country graduated from ULK.
Research conducted about the impact of ULK in the development of Rwanda shows that since its establishment in 1996, it has provided managers in Public Administration with 30% of district mayors.
ULK also has provided free education for 2000 students and has paid taxes worth more that Frw700 million.
Balinda Rwigamba, the founder of ULK urged graduates to exhibit values of integrity, humility, courage, temperance and tolerance but also mutual understanding in the work, “that’s the key to your success” Balinda noted.
